You fill in the form. Within one business day you get a few questions back and a firm quote, which holds for 30 days unless it says otherwise. Your free mockup follows once we know your trade, your services and your town. We collect your logo, your photos and your service list — if they're ready, we start the same day.
You see the whole page: your services, your area, your reviews, your call button. You tell us what to change — wrong photo, wrong wording, wrong order — and we keep revising until you're happy with it.
We hand-code the page, then open it on real phones, tablets and browsers to check it holds up. We time the load, run the accessibility checks, write the SEO tags, and proofread every line of it.
We register or connect your domain, install the SSL certificate, and push the site live. We tap the call button and send a test through your form ourselves, then send you the link. Your page is live and working before we hand it over.
Monthly and Buyout build the same one-page site with the same things included — the only difference is when the money moves. Custom is for anything bigger than one page.

From month 13 both totals include the server at $29/month, assuming you stay hosted with us — it's optional ($299/year if you'd rather pay once), and you can host the files anywhere else and pay us nothing. Your domain is billed by your registrar, not by us, so it isn't counted here.

Two ways to pay for the same one-page site. Monthly is $0 up front and $129/month. Buyout is $1,099 once, with nothing more to pay in your first year. Over 12 months that's $1,548 against $1,099 — so Buyout saves about 29%. Anything bigger than one page is quoted per project.
That is our normal turnaround on Monthly and Buyout, counted from the first business day we hold your copy, photos and logo. It is a working estimate, not a guaranteed date, and the clock pauses whenever we are waiting on you. If your materials are ready we can start the same day. Anything bigger than one page gets its own timeline, confirmed in writing before we start.
After 12 paid months the site is your property on both standard plans, Monthly and Buyout. On Custom, your written quote sets the ownership terms before anything starts. The only cost left is the server: $29/month, or $299/year if you'd rather pay once, which saves about 14%. Ask and we'll hand over the files — you're free to host them somewhere else.
No fixed term — cancel any time by email, and no further monthly charges are billed after that. Because each month is billed in advance, cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for, and we don't prorate part-months. That month runs from the day your site went live, not from the 1st: if it launched on the 18th and you cancel on the 2nd, your site stays live until the 17th, and there's no refund for the days you don't use.
And cancel before month 12 and the site goes offline, ownership does not transfer, and there's no refund of what you've paid.
The exception is Buyout: you paid the full $1,099 up front, so the site files are yours either way — email us and we hand them over. The hosting is then your call, because you already paid for twelve months of it: keep the site live with us to the end of month 12 at no extra cost, or have us take it down straight away.
Anything that's content, with no cap on how many: text, prices, hours, photos, contact details, service area, staff names. You're never charged per change, and we make them once a month. Work that changes the site itself — new sections, layout changes, new features, a second page, a redesign — we quote first. Size, position and color count as design, however small the change looks. Same with photos: one that drops into the space the old one occupied is a free edit, one with a markedly different shape moves the layout around it and gets quoted.
No, we handle the setup. Hosting runs on Amazon AWS and is included. For the domain you open an account with a registrar and put your card on it — then we do the rest: check the name, register it in your name, configure it, and switch on auto-renew so you never have to remember the renewal. The registrar bills you directly, usually $10–15 a year, and charges the card on your account — so that card staying valid is the one part we cannot do for you. Already own a domain? We'll connect it instead.
We hand-code every site in HTML and CSS — no WordPress, no drag-and-drop builder. That makes it fast, secure and hard to break, but editing the code takes some know-how. Most owners don't bother: send us the change and we make it for you.
Monthly is $129 billed monthly in advance, nothing up front. Buyout is one payment of $1,099. Custom work is billed against the quote you approved. We take credit card and ACH bank transfer. Apart from the two charges described below, nothing else is chargeable unless you approve it in writing.
Two charges you could run into: a balance more than 15 days past due may carry a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the legal maximum, if that's lower), and if a payment fails or bounces, we add our processor's fee for that failed payment to your invoice at cost, with no markup. Disputing a charge with your bank is free — we add nothing for a chargeback. Both are set out in our Terms of Service.
